NO SHOW / 48-HOUR LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

At Migraine Specialist we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur before this 48-hour period can be re-booked at no additional cost to you. If you fail to give 48 hours’ notice or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100. This fee must be paid in full before you can re-book at the clinic. These fees are an out-of-pocket expense, and you are unable to receive a rebate from Medicare or private health funds.

Any fees incurred are patient’s responsibility to pay and such fee shall be paid prior to making any new appointment. Please understand that the intent of this policy is to aid us in offering a high standard of care to you, our patients, and this policy is in place to help us achieve that goal. We also understand that unforeseen emergencies do happen, and each case will b e referred to our Practice Manager for assessment.
